Create your vendor profile once and apply to markets across Ireland without filling out the same information again and again.
Business name. What you sell. Insurance details. Photos. Public liability certificate. Again. And again. Every single market, from scratch, usually by email, usually at 11pm.
About three hours.
About ten minutes.
Business details, photos, categories, insurance. Fill it in once, edit it whenever.
Your profile travels with every application. No re-typing, no re-attaching.
Pending, approved, declined — all on one screen instead of buried in email.
When you're approved, when a deadline is near, when a market in your county opens.
Application closing dates in one list, so a good opportunity doesn't quietly pass.
A professional profile organisers recognise — and reuse next season.
No. Creating a vendor profile and applying to markets is free. Individual markets set their own stall fees, which you pay to the organiser — those are shown clearly on every listing before you apply.
Most markets require public liability insurance, and food markets usually require additional documentation. You can create a profile and browse without it, but you will need it in place before most organisers will approve you.
Only the organisers of markets you actually apply to. Your profile is not a public directory listing.
You can select multiple categories on your profile. A baker who also sells preserves might tick both Food Markets and Farmers Markets.
Some organisers keep a waiting list, which you can join from the market page. Otherwise you will need to wait for the next round.
Four things get you applying today: your business name, how to contact you, what category you are in, and one photo.
Everything else — insurance details, certifications, previous markets, your full product list — can be added later, whenever you have five spare minutes. The more you fill in, the faster future applications get, but nothing is blocking you from starting now.
Creating a vendor profile and applying to markets costs nothing. Optional paid features may come later for vendors who want extra visibility — the core will remain free.
Only four fields stand between you and your first application.
Your next market opportunity is about five minutes away.
