MarketsIreland.ie is an online platform connecting Irish market organisers, market vendors and members of the public looking for markets to visit. Company registration details, registered address and contact information will appear here.
Browsing markets requires no account. Creating a vendor profile or listing a market requires an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You agree not to use the site to post false, misleading or unlawful content, to impersonate another business, or to scrape or bulk-extract listings.
Market listings are created and maintained by the organisers who run those markets. MarketsIreland.ie does not organise, run, endorse or take responsibility for any market listed on the site.
We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or complete. Dates, times, stall fees and requirements can change, and the organiser is the authoritative source.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of everything on their profile, including business details, insurance information and certifications.
MarketsIreland.ie does not verify insurance documents, food safety certification, or any other credential. Statements and badges shown on a profile reflect what the vendor has declared, not something we have confirmed.
Submitting an application creates no obligation on an organiser to accept it, and acceptance creates a contract between vendor and organiser to which MarketsIreland.ie is not a party.
Stall fees are currently arranged directly between vendors and organisers. MarketsIreland.ie does not process these payments and is not responsible for them.
You keep ownership of the text and images you upload. You grant us a licence to display that content on the site and in promotional material generated from your listing.
You must have the right to use anything you upload. Do not upload photographs or branding belonging to somebody else.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from any market you attend or trade at, or from any dealing between a vendor and an organiser.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account or a listing that breaches these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the “last updated” date above will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
