MarketsIreland.ie is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Company details, registered address and a data protection contact will appear here.
To operate the platform: showing listings, letting vendors apply, letting organisers review applications, and sending notifications about applications and deadlines.
To send the newsletter, where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe from every email we send.
When you apply to a market, your vendor profile and contact details are shared with that market’s organiser. That is the purpose of applying.
We use third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics, who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Account and profile data is kept while your account is open, and deleted within a reasonable period after you close it.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
The platform is intended for adults running businesses or organising events. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We will update this policy as the platform develops, and will notify account holders of material changes.
Contact us and we will come back to you.
