No. Browsing and searching for markets is completely open — no login, no sign-up. Accounts exist only for vendors and organisers who manage applications.

Listings are maintained by the organisers who run each market, so they are as current as the organiser keeps them. There is a report link on every market page.
That is up to each market — most Irish markets are free to enter, and where there is an entry cost it is shown at the top of the listing. MarketsIreland never charges visitors.
Nothing. Creating a profile and applying to markets is free. Stall fees are set by each organiser and paid to them directly.
Most markets require public liability insurance, typically €5m–€6.5m of cover. Food markets usually require more. You can create a profile without it, but you will need it before most organisers approve you.
Yes, significantly. A craft fair typically wants public liability insurance and proof your work is handmade. A food market additionally wants EHO registration, food safety training and a gas safety certificate if you use LPG.
The first one takes as long as setting up your profile — about five minutes. Every application after that takes roughly a minute.
That depends on the organiser. Most review applications after their deadline closes rather than as they arrive.

Listing a market and receiving vendor applications is free. Paid promotional options may be added later, but the core tools stay free.

Not yet. Stall payments are planned but not built. For now, arrange payment with vendors however you already do.
No. Vendors self-declare their insurance and certifications, and those details appear on their profile. Checking them stays part of your approval process.
No. Set it as a recurring market, or duplicate your last listing and change only the date, deadline, spaces and price.
